TruckTrack allows users to voluntarily provide information related to loads, shipments, deliveries, and proof of delivery. The information you may provide includes:

• Load information
• Shipment information
• Delivery information
• Proof-of-delivery (POD) information
• Account information needed to use the Service (such as your email address)
• Photos that you voluntarily upload
• Photos that you choose to take using your device camera

You provide this information voluntarily. TruckTrack does not automatically collect information that the Service does not actually use or need to function.

Information you provide may be used to:

• Provide TruckTrack’s load and delivery management functionality
• Store and display load information
• Store and display delivery information
• Associate POD photos with the appropriate load or delivery
• Provide account authentication
• Maintain and operate the Service
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security and prevent misuse
• Improve the reliability and functionality of TruckTrack

TruckTrack does not use your information for advertising purposes.

Proof-of-delivery (POD) photos are optional. You are never required to add a photo to use the Service.

To add a POD photo, you may either:

1. Select or upload an existing photo from your device, or
2. Choose to take a new photo using your device camera.

Camera access is requested only when you choose to use the camera feature. TruckTrack does not continuously access the camera, and does not access your photos without your action and the appropriate device permission. Photos you provide are used to support your load and delivery records.

TruckTrack does not sell your personal information.

Your information may be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to operate the application, such as providers of hosting, authentication, database, storage, infrastructure, or other technical services. These providers process information on our behalf to help us deliver and operate the Service.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or others, such as to respond to legal process or prevent fraud and abuse.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TruckTrack’s services, maintain accounts and records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service.

You can request deletion of your TruckTrack account and associated personal information at any time. To request account or data deletion, or for any privacy-related request, contact us at:

Some information may need to be retained when required by law, or for legitimate security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes, even after a deletion request.

TruckTrack is intended for business and logistics users and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

TruckTrack may use third-party providers necessary to operate the Service, such as hosting, authentication, storage, database, infrastructure, or analytics services, where applicable. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to deliver and operate the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
